I wondered why they dug up that old name? I was leased to TIME DC back in the 80's,they went out of business back then. They were an old time Teamster operation from the early days of trucking, don't remember anything having to with tankers.
And the DC used to mean Denver-Chicago.

My grandfather retired from them in the early 1980s. He ran out of the Memphis terminal.

Wow I never known it really was a old company from back in the early era. No it's not that Time DC guys. This is how they trucks & tanks look. If you ever see the back of the tank light up all around with a T in the middle that's Time DC that pull these tanks

That's funny,I was leased to PIE also,in the 70's. Their special commodities division was All States Trucking,Walnut Creek,Ca. PIE stood for Pacific Intermountain Express. Guess I was bad luck, every good operation I was leased to back then went out of business, including Consolidated Freightways.

I talked 45mins to him 2 months ago and been itching like crazy since.
I told him this am i filled the app out on line. And im heading there to see in person the land lot office and any equipment there to check out. Got 10 yrs left to finish 40 yrs driving and , looking to make it my last move.

Rockport Indiana is a tiny place. Essentially a trucking company formerly or currently known as EcKmiller (Flatbed, covered wagons steel and aluminum, one school, one powerplant, a few homes and a diner one block west. 10 miles north of the Ohio River on a bridge you wont believe.

It would be a stretch to believe additional trucking companies have either located there or replaced previous companies.

I have not been there since the mid 90's so I have no idea where they are at now, I don't expect THAT much development there since then.
