Richie Incognito has always been a whack job. That's a lot of weaponry there. He threw a pretty big tantrum in that funeral home

I believe a federal tax stamp and an expanded background check are all that are required to purchase a suppressor. I also believe the last time I checked, the federal tax stamp was in the neighborhood of $7,500. Your states laws may vary though.

then (i'd hope) that would be enough to lock him up for a while.....

i think he needs to be locked up before he goes on a shooting spree....

Again, laws may vary state-by-state. They're legal here in Texas as long as you jump through enough hoops. I have a friend who has a suppressor for a 9mm Glock.

Depending on state, no they are not illegal... But buying one does put your name on a Govt list... Similar to the list your name goes on if you buy out of the ordinary firearms... Such as a .50 caliber rifle.
