It’s hard to find one that is willing to accept local experience and give you decent home time. I’ve got 4 young kids so home time is a must. I wouldn’t even drive but after working retail management for 15+ years I’ve got feet issues which forced me to find something off my feet. So fast forward to my CDL and currently working for Pepsi local driving which is more on my feet. I’m leaning toward J.B. Hunt with there sign on bonus that starts paying up front. For there OTR truckload, but wanted to check just Incase I’m missing a good company.

You may need to go flatbed.....it's much easier to find home weekly gigs there.

Call Builders Transportation in Memphis, TN. I used to work there. They definitely got me home weekly.
