I agree Wise.
Man some of us spent ALOT of time on those things. But everybody wanted them so I guess we tried to please them. I really find it amazing how few we have sold. I really thought they would sell MUCH better. EVEN the people who's trucks are IN the calender didn't buy but 1 or 2 I think. WOW! But you live and you learn I guess. No way would I waste my time on it again. way too much work for nothing.
Cyber whats the sells numbers?

Is it too late to order 10,000 calenders? OK, bad joke.

Lilbit Thanks this.

the biggest problem I saw with the calendar was the price -
20 some bucks...
for comparison -
in the checkout lane of Barnes and Noble - they have a 2009 Big Rig calendar for $5.99...
also many of us get freebies from customers - and our employers.
(I have a case of Big R calendars!)
(and about 30 Teamster calendars left)panhandleswife Thanks this. -
I like the calendar and wonted to get pat one but i was not paying that price when i can get them cheaper, and the shirts i love to get one or a few and i don't think the prices for them or not bad just money been tight i have donate and will again i sure because i love this place and thank the mods for trying to make stuff for us an the site but just re amber some may be having hard times and just cant buy stuff now .

I know all about the hard times for sure...lol
I agree they can be pricey but they are made to order. The only way we could get them cheaper would be to order about 200. But if they don't sell then your stuck with 200 calenders and all the money you spent to have them printed. But you would ALWAYS know what the date was. We did ask lots of folks what they were willing to pay and we hit that target. I guess they changed their minds.bullhaulerswife Thanks this.
