There’s a new Burlington store about to open in Salisbury. I was there today.

Be forewarned. Their loading dock is a nasty hole to get into. It’s to the right side of this picture between the 53 footer and the brick wall. You have to blind side into it.

You don't need a window in the back if you can see your tandems in the right side spot mirror. Night time? Turn on your 4 way flashers. Enough light to shoehorn it in. ;)

Unlike most of the knuckleheads I work with, I ride with my trailer axles slid about 3/4 of the way back because I detest tail swing. Excess tail swing will make it impossible to get into this dock with a longbox, as the scars on the wall indicated.

I have or had one in Evanston, a store built a long time ago. There's lots of scars on that wall, probably one from me. Place is a legend in a not good way.

There is a wall on BOTH sides of the trailer. Now looking straight at it. Backing in on the left side doesn't look bad at all. Backing in on the right side. Looks like it might require 3 pull ups and a goal. Try running the east coast, Dc, Baltimore, Philly, Jersey, NYC, Boston. After a while of that. You will laugh, yawn, and say get a clue, when someone calls docks like that a "nasty hole"

Some super truckers can do that no problem.

    Right, with a 53’ and a W900 K-whopper stretched out to a wheelbase of 800 inches. :laughing6:
