Has a sign 'coming soon'. Pretty big lot from what I saw plus 2 bay repair shop.
Further up on 31 near Rochester there is a brand new Pilot- looks like it opened in the past month.
I was there around 3pm only 2 trucks parked in the lot, no wait for fuel, friendly employees inside.
