    Nice work. Impressive.

Good idea on welding the nut underneath too. Whoever may have to take that stuff will certainly be grateful.

Safety has sent several messages about failing inspections recently. I want to tell them keep up the messages, it is really making a big difference! Something is missing, can’t quite put my finger on it.

Enter the stick on lights sold in a two pack at Love’s from Roadpro.

Just wire up, tape up the connections or butt splice, then peel the adhesive back and stick to the trailer.

Nor more violations. And the safety man can get back to Facebook and never be bothered to check on the equipment. WIN WIN!

Last one of those I worked with had teeth missing off the rotator gear, so swinging past the cradle required tilting the truck. Always fun with a piece of 8” schedule 40 hanging on it being steadied by impatient pipe fitters.

Hopefully yours works the way God intended.

    Thank You!!!

These are the weld nuts I use. They do make disassembly easier later on.

They center up inside a pilot hole so bolts go in without rubbing the side of the hole and messing up the threads. When I worked at the planter company, we used these for everything.
