Go to the USIS website. Print out the paperwork. Mail it to USIS and they will send you a free copy of your DAC once evey 12 mos as is by law you have that right under the fair credit reporting act. Other wise you have to pay to get it. You can put in a rubuttle to n e inaccuracies on your dac but it will cost you a little.

you can also go to dacfix and talk to them people; it is gonna cost you about a $170, but look at it as like your hiring an attorney.; you can go alone in court and represent yourself and chances are your gonna get screwed; or you can go and get a lawyer and chances are better you'll get a better deal. Best of luck and keep your eyes moving and always look for an out

I'd get the free copy first. Then, by all means, hire a "lawdog" if anything is amiss. When you hire a lawyer, you put them on notice that you are willing to sue. They will pay attention to that. Covenant should be contacted in writting, certified mail if they put anything false or mis-leading in your DAC. They can be sued if they post false-hoods on your DAC. It's called deffamation of character, and slander. These companies need to pay the price for using DAC as a tool of revenge against guys who won't knuckle-under for them. Good luck
