This company out of Knoxville,TN. Is awful. They are very unprofessional Courtney will have so many excuses and can't help you with anything why is she there. They send you out with guarantee pay and once payday comes your paid by the mile that you have no clue what the rate is because it was never discussed. Once you contact them the person whom is doing patrol is never in the office or is going to call you back because she is too busy to help you. Then when you talk to her she states we owe you money were going to get that to you let me call you back. Nothing is giving back and pay never changed. This office is awful and Courtney is rude. Go somewhere else and work you do not want to deal with this office. I was a transfer from Lebanon,TN. They make sure there drivers are okay.
This sounds like you blindly signing things if you didn’t discuss wages. But more so this sounds like you really need to have a come-tah-lawdy with this Courtney.
C'mon now, you know the smaller outfits combine duties . Thats why she's never in the office, she has too do patrols.
I worked for Transforce before they were bought out by Centerline in Baltimore on local hourly jobs. Got paid quite well and the jobs were always gravy. I'm sure each office is different than the next though.
I worked for Transforce Knoxville office a few years back. Courtney was there back then too. It was a great experience for me. They paid a fair wage, always paid on time, and it led to a great permanent job with one of the companies that they do staffing for.
