12.3% driver OOS rate. Maybe they all drink Early Times at work over there.

With this high OOS rate for both drivers and their vehicles, this company better be paying something.Chances are these drivers are probably swilling more vodka than their trucks are swilling diesel fuel! $1400 a week is more believable than 1400 a day! And even then, that stretching it for a Chicago outfit!buddyd157 Thanks this.

here is the "simple math"
suppose, he runs 5 days a week, @ 1,400 per day...that is $7,000 per week x's 4 weeks = $28,000 for the month
x's 12 months, that is $336,000 per year.....
sorry, i ain't buying that for food hauling.
heavy haul, specialized hauls, maybe...but food...???
uh...no way.....
other o/o's have posted the high 2's......never heard or seen one hauling food into the 3's....mjd4277 Thanks this. -
maybe that's why it's a bad company...…...buddyd157 Thanks this.

Me neither, and I pull reefer all the live long day. The only way I could possibly see this guy make him $1400 a day moving food is If it was a government contract. And even then with the high out of service rate these clowns have, Uncle Sam wouldn’t even touch them!buddyd157 Thanks this.

For $1400 per day I’d be willing to go OTR again lol. I always say that even $2500 per week wouldn’t be enough to be OTR, my family is more important. But $1400 per day!?!? Lol that’s more than I make per week at my local job.
* Just want to add that I of course assume this is a owner operater gig. But, I find it hard to believe any owner operators are making over $300,000 per year, that would have to be equal to a company driver making $150,000 per year. -
If you were pulling 1400 per day would you be all over a public forum or just working in silence towards a golden retirement?
buddyd157 Thanks this.
