anyone know what these codes we got off a computer mean. blower motor protection mode. mechanical system not responding properly.( i changed motor thinking thats why it was on such low speed and it didnt work)
key switch battery potential- voltage below normal or shorted low- cascadoa hvac front and rear. ( i think its why my truck takes a minute to start. i need like 5-7 reset with key to get it to start

both front and sleeper blower motors get bad on pre 2014 cascadias. new blower motors for hvac are different than originals. the kit comes with jumper wire... $180 at dealers and easy to change.4noReason Thanks this.

Do the simple things first check ur batteries. You have to unhook them and test individually. Sounds like you got a bad starter or ignition switch. You can test the starter turning the key on and touch the 2 post on cylinoid with a screwdriver or jumper wire. If it’s in the switch or solenoid it will start. If it won’t start it ur starter or batteries. Their are 2 fuses in the fuse box. A 30amp and a 5amp sitting together. On a freightliner they sit bottom left corner usually hidden. One of those control ur blower motor. I put a 40amp and 20 amp in mine works fine now. I don’t know why anyone would use a 5 amp fuse but that’s wat will be in there

all i get is fail 31 spn 3456 i think it was. which is intake valve. any idea where my intake valve is? fail 19 spn 111 and ecu 01
