I have air gauges on all trucks and trailers and it works great. The "digital" part really does not add accuracy and has no idea where is the 5th wheel and some such.
-
Right Weigh, been using them for years without issue. They even have a set up for spring ride.
-
That’s weird how it can calculate the steer axle weight by using the drive axles sensor.ichudov Thanks this.
-
I bought one for drives and one for trailer, all sansors same, if you have air suspension on steer why not
-
Great find. How convenient. And affordable. How accurate is it and does it's accuracy remain over time.
Does it lose it's measure with air leaks? -
I don't think the standard air sensors can, unless you have a air ride steer. The way most of our trucks are setup, if you are showing good weight on the drives (using a standard PSI gauge), you will be ok on the steer axle.

I'd consider buying the Appweigh sensors if I could get the app to work.Just sits and spins on my iPhone, won't let me register.
