Im sure because the only point I see is other people are capable of working more hours than you and you think it's not fair so they shouldn't be allowed to.

Those that can’t do, teach. Everyone has all the answers when it comes to things they’ve never been involved in. Do I care about the MAP21 exemption? No, doesn’t affect me. Do I care that livestock haulers don’t need an eld until 9/19? No, doesn’t affect me. Do I care if TLAAS passes or not? No, doesn’t affect me.

Many people tend to worry about their neighbors grass instead of watering their own.

    No.

Why does this myth of working more hours is better keep perpetuating itself. Folks like you apparently instead of commanding higher rates look for loopholes to seek out pennies. Then pound your chest about how manly you are. It would be comical if not sonsad.

It is about government bribery and payoffs. Operators suppressing rates running illegal.

It is about endangering the motoring public for the convenience of an industry.

It is about government payoffs for special treatment.

It is about robbing taxpayers to support those low rates.

But hey good news. Your people's fingerless gloves are on sale at the Pilot this month. Next month I hear they are going to do those sleeveless shirts you counter types seem to love. Little present for you I guess before the holidays.

When we are all driving on the same grass (highways) it becomes everyone's business.

@06driver One on the poster above mentioned of how these cattle haulers drive "nice Pete's".

Made me wonder. People who get welfare (farmer govt assistance) will of course have the flashiest donks in the hood (farmlands)

Yet they whine, beg, bribe to have standard HOS not apply.

Farmers/Cowhaulers are the shaniquas of IOWA/TEXAS.... lmao

Never thought of that, but your right. Kinda like the Escalade on 22" rims down to the Welfare Office huh?

And you’re trying to blow smoke up my butt if you want me to believe a small percentage of the total trucks on the road are more of an issue than all the big companies that turn out three week wonders and let them train after six months.

It comes down to money no matter what side you’re on. States had Ag exemptions long before it was on a federal level, but now that it’s federal everyone has their panties in a twist. Didn’t seem to be an issue when it wasn’t known about. Some states, like KS, were very liberal when it came to the exemption. I was based out of SD but could use the Ag exemption when I was in KS.

I’m ignorant when it comes to hoppers so I won’t speak about them, but the “more hours for low pay” argument doesn’t hold up for livestock. Rates are bumping back up towards where they were when fuel was $4 a gallon. Yes you can go do other stuff right now and come out about the same on all miles, but who knows how long the rates in other sectors will remain higher than normal.

If you’re worried about where people get their money it’s pretty simple to look up and see who gets subsidies and how much they get per year. All you have to know is their name or the farm/ranch name.

And I’d say the number of guys that own enough land and/or cattle to qualify for subsidies are pretty low. It’s not like you can buy 20 acres, throw a cow on it, cash your check and go trucking. Some abuse the system, most don’t even farm or ranch.

Kinda calling the kettle black you making a reference to black people but don't like being profiled over your non American name isn't It?

Seems I remember you being on paper too and doing what you wanted to to get the load there.
