In my opinion yes. I liked the 4MG engines that had the Hydraulic timing advance and it's a stock 425.

Is that yours @OLDSKOOLERnWV ?

Like @snowman_w900 said it will have the hydraulic return timing advance. It's more responsive that the spring return. They also have a wider range than the spring return. Should have the 3013 18 degree cam in the pump which is the best of the later style advances. They stepped the compression up a tad on those but not enough to hurt it really. You can build a stump puller outta that if you want too
