Truck Shops BE WARE OF THIS GUY: The owner (Jonathan S.) of this company sent a truck by way of towing, because the driver didn't set the parking brake at Trane and it rolled into the truck waiting at the loading dock. You can imagine the damage, crushed hood, radiator, condenser, fan hub, etc. the owner bought most of the parts for us to put on (thank God) and then when we were finished, he paid with a credit card, which he then called his bank and reported it stolen. I called him and asked for the money he had taken from out of our account for the work we completed on 8-16-18. He told me he had a paid invoice and he wasn't paying it again. I explained to him that he needs to call his bank and tell them he made a mistake, that this wasn't a lost or stolen card, that this was correct and we did work on his truck so they would give the money back. He just said over and over, I have a paid invoice, I'm not paying you again. Come to find out he is very involved in the church in his community were he sings for them. How ironic, a Christian cheating people!
I called the driver and he told me this wasn't the 1st time he didn't pay bills for trucks having had work done on them. He also told me he was changing his company name to Bear Freight MC 096442 USDOT 3136754 located at 16808 Main St suite D Hespria Ca 92345

I will most likely get my money back but, as a reminder to all merchants always get a copy of drivers license and credit card their using or don't let the truck leave! FYI

    Wow. That's low.

But you know what? When doing business, if someone says they are Christian, that's your cue to run, not walk, away from them.

It's bad breaking down in the middle of nowhere. It's worse when the repair guy tells you it's going to take a few days to fix your truck. It's the worst when he has a cross on the wall in his shop and lots of bible stuff all around. That's when you know you'll need some extra grease for the job he's going to do on ya.

I hope you can put a lien on his equipment and maybe file something on his UCC or something.

    Good luck

Lynn S. is a fraud a liar and a scam artist. i am the owner of alfa trucklines. attach you will find the bank statement showing she was paid. after few days she tried to run my card again for 3296 and sent me an email for another invoice for same repair. at which point the bank called and informed me that if i authorize the transaction i told them it is a fraud which it is because you are trying to charge 2 times for the same job. you called our place of business just yelling and didnt want to listen to anything i had to say. then you went on to say that you and my driver who damaged the truck was going to come to my house and beat me up for not paying him. Well if you drive my truck and put a scratch on it period you will not get paid it was his fault for not pulling the parking brakes which resulted in the damage. you can go work at any trucking company in this country if you are at fault more than likely they will take it out of your pay and fire you. and this issue never really had anything to do with you but you took it upon yourself. you can look up sylverster transport services out of tyler tx and see what kind of poeple they are and judge for yourself. she was paid for the total job 3096 and then tried to charge another invoice for 3326. attach is all the paperwork. you were paid for the job. my driver on the other hand will never get paid for damaging my truck and since you and him have becomes best friends you can keep telling him that and it is in the contract that he signed when he applied to work here.

I want to be a dispatcher. They come in at 8, take an hour for lunch and leave at 5 to go home. Meanwhile, I am left to sleep at the scales or warehouse because they can't schedule properly. Drive over your hours to get anywhere safe and guess who takes the heat? What a great job.

Yep it's a cakewalk till they fire a driver and he comes into the office with a shotgun and starts blasting away.
