If you started at 1350, probably somewhere around 1700
-
Just talked to Pete at Pittsburgh power said he could go an extra 50-60 hp and get a couple hundred more in torque. He said I need to get a pyro gauge first to make sure everything is ok before the truck leaves the shop.

I don’t know where you’re located
But “ originaldoctordiesel.com in Iowa does tunes on my trucks.. and they move! 4K in the box or 45. Doesn’t really matter anymore -

Only major difference between the 11.1 and 12.7 is length of the stroke bullet proof and fuel efficiency great engine
-
Yeah but don't think you can throw to much hp at the 11.1 though.
-
Why not?
-
Just don't know if it can handle to much extra power because it's a smaller engine Pittsburgh power said 50-60 hp and probably gain a couple hundred lbs of torque. They want me to install a pyro gauge before it leaves the shop to make sure the temp is ok.
-
It has slightly less stroke than a 12.7 .otherwise it's pretty much the exact same engine. So what is going to fail?
They're only turning it up 50-60hp because that's the standard 15-18% over in the ecm. Anything after that and the efficiency decreases. You can change all the hard parts I already mentioned to get more .
