Prime PSD failure

Holy Cow - I wish you all the Best Driver!

 

Is the lack of a PSD trainer a common thing at prime ? Or was it because they were trying to find a female trainer or a trainer that wasnt a pervert or something along those lines?

 

Wow thats all it takes!? Not saying , yes I am saying. When the CDL was put forth I had a class 3 driver's license. So I was grandfathered in. Dont know the year anymore...mayby 1977? Or 1980?. Anyhoo they said the CDL will make it safer out here and bla bla bla. Yes it will cost you more for your driver's license but you will be safer , with only tested and trained truck drivers on the roads. We said back then it's just another way to get more of your $ and make like they are solving a problem.

Thank you for posting about your experience with the trainer. It’s very helpful for new drivers coming in to have an idea of what the worst could be like. If ever put in a situation with a foul trainer, I look forward to recording video and showing it to management. If they do nothing about the issue, and I have a paper trail to prove it, then I have a lawsuit and evidence that will bring some darkness to light and justice. I would be the one who records all phone calls, all conversations, anything and everything and then makes a Netflix documentary. I don’t believe it would come to a lawsuit, and I wouldn’t want it to. Because when presented to non-corrupt management who love their company, many involved would be getting fired. The don’t want videos and phone calls getting posted online, and they surely don’t want a lawsuit they will obviously lose.

Just because management is in a position to push an employee around because it’s an “industry norm” and the driver/trainee should “submit and tough it out” does NOT mean it’s acceptable, right, or LEGAL. Anyone defending that trainer is desensitized and brain washed after being exposed to this type of behavior for many years. It is sad.
