Sounds like a joe and Steve want to drug test someone who is clearly pulling a flatbed and tells them it’s a reefer. As far as that leaning load, I would have split that back pallet into two equals and strapped it instead of one tall leaning one.

 

The picture and the text aren't related. He pulls a reefer. How did he hop out and grab a pic of his own flatbed going down the road? As for the text.. No idea. Some mysteries are just never meant to be solved
