About running with brights?

Back when laws like this were made, headlights were about as bright as a hand full of candles. Now, the headlight bulbs available will burn the freaking retina out of your eyes. I'm not that sensitive to light, but some of them in my mind are too bright.

 

Do you have any trouble spotting wildlife in the ditch? Maybe it is just my eyes but I have a hard time making out shapes right at the edge of the trees with just my low beams on.

Plus, I'd like to add, if you are diving through a town, no bights.

Follow these, and you will never have a problem.

 

I like the people in cars that think because you in a truck it ok to leave them on when they drive by, or behind you.
