What’s missing?

Isn’t it against the law to take pictures with a cell phone while driving down the highway?

Truck up front doesn't appear to have reflective tape in top corner on back of trailer....

I did not take it as disrespectful. Actually I think the comment was actually the poster trying to be funny. At least that's how I believed it was. One of the bad limitations of the internet and the source of many problems is we humans also communicate not only through words but with word choices and visually as well. Usually for me it takes a series of comments then I will put a stop to it. In this case I still believe the main point was humor.
