06 ISX CM870 head chipped

Here’s update as per customer requests I put everything together. Test injectors no leaks. Engine run good I even find the way to adjust Jake brakes on cylinders4 and 5. Everything looks good. He booked and pick up the load to Salt Lake City. I talk to him when he was delivering load everything looks good. On his way back to Boise about 200 miles from last oil check he stopped for dinner and after dinner check his oil it was about inch above max mark on the dipstick. I just did injectors leak test everything looks good. When I check fuel return line got a lot of bubbles.

 

I got this plate,install new injectors,new orings, new pump seal last week

 

I know about air in return line on isx just never see so many bubbles it’s looks like jacuzzi in the bucket plus return line gets very hot

This is not first isx I’m working on and this is first isx that return gets up 180 degrees with in 7-8 minutes after cold start. Even on 100 degrees day return line temperature don’t go up that fast.
