I bought a 2013 KW T660 last Nov (2017), and all has been well...up until a month ago. For the last 4 weeks it has been in and out of the shop for headlight issues...each time, they claim to have had fixed it. Nope. Not even close. The problem? When you turn on the lights, they seem to work fine, and after a little while, I get a low beam fault, or, a high beam fault on the dash. It was blowing a fuse, at first, when I would turn of the high beams. They've since found where the wires were rubbing through on the frame and repaired that specific location.
That's not the issue now. Now, the fuse is staying good, but only two lights are working...The passenger side high beam and it's side marker light. No low beams at all, and only one high beam. Before (when the fuse was blowing), it would be one bright beam on passenger side and one low beam on the driver's side.
Before I take it BACK to the shop, again, any educated assistance would be greatly appreciated!

There are two fuses for headlights in CLC.

Try a different shop.

your alternator is about to go out, it's putting out way too much juice.

Get your work clothes on and get under the truck, you have a wire rubbing somewhere, start chasing them. Shops just hook up computers and go from there, along with throwing parts at you. If under warranty, it will never get fixed. These techs are there for one thing, suck the BENJAMINS out of your pocket.
