The handle on my tall cabinet for your clothing behind the driver seat on my T680 has broken. I cannot get into the cabinet to get my clothes out the handle just moves freely. I know there’s a top latch and a bottom latch on this door just controlled by the one handle, does anyone know how to get this thing open without destroying my cabinet? Please help me I need clothes.

are you able to use a pair of needle nose pliers to get to the inside of the area where the handle was..??
are the hinges mounted on the outside of the closet? if so, unscrew the screws.??? -
no to both of the questions I even took the top shelf on the outside of the cabinet off but you can’t access anything that way either there’s a metal plate that is screwed in from the inside. The hinges are inside mounted just trying not to destroy the door.buddyd157 Thanks this.

I saw this post the other morning... I wondered how it would end...? Well? LOL!

I ended up just prying between the door and the cabinet at the top and the bottom it was either going to come open or break. It came open, the latches at the top and bottom are spring-loaded and if you pry hard enough they will pop releasing the rods at the top and the bottom. A new handle assembly, which is what it needed because it fell apart, is about $86 at Kenworth. I even called the service department at a Kenworth dealership and they had no clue how to get it open. But it is all figured out now and fixed. So if anyone else has a handle that breaks just pry the bottom and the top, they’ll pop out of the latches and all is well.boneebone Thanks this.
