Schneider Team Drivers

Yes, ODFL hires new cdl grads; give it a try. All those companies I listed hire new cdl grads.
ODFL hired 14 students from one cdl class recently in another state. They're growing fast.

 

Hi there! I use to team with Schneider and it was pretty good. In the first month my teammate and I were taking home 950 after taxes and then we got on a dedicated account with them and were grossing 1400-1500 a week but mostly 1450. Home every week too, that was the best part. Schneider always treated us right and if we told them one of our tires was bad or something, they would replace it right away on the spot once we got to our home terminal. I have nothing bad to say about Schneider from the Team side of it, I don't know about being solo with Schneider. Get on a dedicated account right away if you can, better pay and you'll know where you are going to mostly.

 

Also, ODFL has their own training program, not sure how it works but if anyone is looking to get their license

I see old dominion is also in California, Long Beach which isn’t far from me I guess me and my girlfriend being new drivers could go with them as a team?

 

I just called Schneider about a teaming job out of NC that runs 5-6k miles a week. My wife has 1 year and I will be out of CDL school in September. My starting pay would have been .21cpm. Hers would be a little better, and I know more money per mile comes with experience, but that is completely laughable compared to the numbers I've seen here for other young teams.
