no your dealer will not have it all hp increases goes threw allentown pa. they look at the spec of the truck then decide if they want to send the dealer the file. unless you get lucky and a dealer has a copy from a customers truck burned on a laptop. and most dealers and headquaters are not intrested in releasing the xt file its to high of a emmsions file, and turning up old trucks is becoming frowned upon. its a totally diffrent deal that showing up at cummins having them plug into the ecm and telling you what options you have

That resonator can get stuffed up as well. Than you need to punch out the disk. Or go straight pipe. Or get a high flow muffler.

    NightWind and jsnell Thank this.

    Check out Rochester diesel

    | Rochester Diesel
    Blixxton tuning module

We have one on a 93 (with the inline p pump) it claims 30% more and the 350 went from 26psi to 35.

Mack Performance Injectors | Diesel Injectors | Turbos | Nozzle Honing

    Check out injectors

And they even have a turbo.

On tje 93 we I nframed it with 454 specs 171702 turbo 76/95 1.32 ar with stage 2 injectors and as long as you keep the egts below 1100 she'll run forever.

The turbo is a bw s400sx4-75 and should push 45 psi or so.

Its the 171702 that the 60 series guys love just with mack housings. We paid 945.

Same turbo 171702 is the S475sx. You need bigger injectors and a blixxton tuner to really make it come alive. Those 3 mods you will see 1.0-1.5 better mpg. You can't run that turbo w/o the blixxton otherwise it will be very laggy. I would do the turbo 650$ and the blixxton, then do big stage 2 or 3 injectors in that order. If you go stage 3 injectors with blixxton and that turbo you'll be sitting around 600hp at the fly.

Boost comes on real strong at 1300 and will pull all the way til 1850. I personally don't lug it below 1400. Don't wanna stress the bottom end with all the added torque

Look up Rochester diesel, they'll set you straight. Good bunch of guys that know their Mack's

Boost hits hard at 1300 and makes max boost right around 1425 all the way til 1800-1850 before the boost starts to drop off
