I call FULL BS on your driver.

Cause when he started moving that truck, if actually didn’t know, couldn’t feel how heavy that was, he's fully incompetent.

That’s what I asked him and I got “it seemed a little heavy but pulled fine.”

There was a truckstop he could have weighed at between Baltimore and Montclair, right below Baltimore. Used to be one in Baltimore.

Hmm trailer seemed to be dragging ###. Now I know why.
Was the weight in rear the heavy part?

If he learned something from all of this take it easy on him. He'll probably pay better attention next time.
A lot of times loaders just plain don't care if you're heavy or not. If they ask the driver and the driver tells them to put on more cargo they'll probably do it. It's a crappy system but it's something to watch out for.
