As a ups driver DHL is done in the United States. Other than a little bit of international work they have pulled out of the United States. Lost billions trying to compete with ups and fedex. All of their accounts have moved to either ups or fedex.

And customers were glad to see them go . Thousands of Amazon customers on Amazon forums pleaded with Amazon to stop using DHL . They swore DHL drivers were all former paperboys because packages were just tossed and landed in puddles or bushes . Many DHL packages were dropped at post offices and delivered by USPS . Two day service was nonexistent . Many businesses lost business if they shipped by DHL because many people would not accept DHL as a carrier .Brickman Thanks this.

I have the same experiences with the brown ups guys.
I had software delivered and it snowed during the day. When I got home I drove into the driveway and crushed the package that was buried in the snow.
They said it was marked ground delivery. Could not argue with the logic. Had all future shipments sent by the post office. -
DHL's predecessor was just as bad if not worse. AirBorne Express was 100% useless.

They kept the same employees I believe.
