    Makes perfect sense to me. Those jobs might not require degrees but I'm sure they require substantial amounts of experience. Of course to get that experience you have to deal with the working conditions and cost of living in Florida, while competing with illegal labor. Not many are going to live in poverty and work in those insufferable conditions for any great length of time.

    This is like the driver shortage. If you look for construction work yourself on any of the boards you'll find low entry pay.
