I've considered TX numerous times over the years but I can't stop thinking about TN.

 

God bless Wisconsin. Slept like a baby with 60 degree weather last night and everything comes with cheese.

 

Have not checked into the gun part up here.
And the roads thing..... CA an IN are a pretty low bar.

If you had mentioned trees in there I would have thought you were talking about Washington State.....
There is even lots of cheap freight just like TX.... Most of it going to even worse spots just like TX.

Live where you grew up at.
Live in your hometown.
Live at home.
Never move away from your hometown.

 

To much rice not enough meat.

If I would of attempted to stay where I grew up.... I would most likely be in prison.

Had to go back when Mom passed in December. I miss nothing in that entire metro area........
