Anyone had this issue? Roll the pass door window down, and door pops open. Window hits the rod that opens the door from the outside? Pushing that rod down, and door pops open. When I bought the truck that pass door would not open from the outside. But only from the inside.
Figure they had the same issue. So fixed the rod where it can't hit. And allowed the window be rolled down. But not open from the outside. Took both doors apart, where I could look at the Drivers side and pass side rods. And if it the pass hooks up the same way. Then I had it right.
Wondering if the Kenworth rod clips are Thinner then the one on it? Sure sucked running 60, went to roll the window down. Door popped open.
Anyone have or know where I can find a pic of the pass door linkage? 1995 T600.
Window opens door?

Go to the KW stealership, they should be able to print you a picture from their parts diagram breakdown of the door.

I'd pull the door panel off, and see what is doing. The window regulator may be loose or missing a bolt.
