What are you doing drivng 95 or 80 anyway, unless it's kmh and then I understand. I agree with your comment about people driving in the left lane and at the last minute crossing all the way over to their exit. The thing is, I would almost bet that they do that same thing every day, like a routine. Their on the way to work or home and just do the same thing over and over. One of these days it will catch up to them but there will be innocent drivers involved.

-
western part of tx on i10 it gets up to 80, iirc.
i had a guy do this when i was in my car a couple years ago.
my bro-in-law is a pretty avid biker, has a crotch rocket that gets his 350lb frame to 60mph in under 3 seconds, and he told me to just run 'em over next time. -
I-10 for cars in west texas.

At first I thought maybe one of the guys was having bike problems and the others was trying to inspect the bike by riding along side. However, after a couple of stop lights I could see they was just trying to harass other motorist by driving 10mph in a 50 mph zone holding up both lanes so no one could get by... What a bunch of jerks! Nevertheless, I was able to pass by tricking them and having 400HP...
