Unloading palletized coke with an electric jack wont break your back. The killer will be if you have to break down each pallet and sling individual cases on shelves or into coolers, rotating stock etc.
If you are only doing the former with bulk deliveries to supermarkets and Costcos etc and not the latter to tiny gas stations and convenience stores, then I would go with the Coke.

In FL?. Good luck with that. I've been trying since May, applied to all those you listed plus R&L, Averitt, Saia and Southeastern and the 2 I've heard back from told me they only hire LTL experienced drivers. 2+ years of OTR means nothing to them.

I run gas stations, dollar stores, and Walgreens. Constantly unloading pallets. I’m assuming flatbed will be a little easier
