Free drain hole with minimal effortbasedinMN_ Thanks this.

Does this work? Its a brake press machine, 18,000lbs. Wouldnt allow straps to go over it. Used two chains pulling opposite directions at 45 degrees...

That’s how I’d do it.

Pressbrakes are top heavy, can't see the sides but, usually there are lift points.
SteveOxbow, negativecold13, cke and 3 others Thank this. -
No way in hell I would run it like that. How much down force does a strap straight across the deck give you? Zero. You can't keep anything under them. Same with a chain. At that angle there's no strength.kylefitzy and PoleCrusher Thank this.

Well, each of those chains are functioning to hold the unit from moving either backward or forward, but only one each. So it's really not terribly secure. There's little keeping it from tipping as it goes around corners, and hardly enough to keep it from sliding forward in braking situations.

Ok so how would you guys do it?

I’m thinking they picked it from the top somehow. Wish there was a top picturesnowman_w900, SAR, Oxbow and 1 other person Thank this.

I don’t know how heavy these press brake things are, but that’s what I used to do for the units that powered the hammers used for sheet pile.
