New paint job

    I may have a good deal to trade in my truck that is volvo 670 for another 780 same year different transmission but the colour ia green and to be honest am not a big fan of this colour so i would like to know if there is anything i can do to make it look nicer .maybe a new paint job like red or a mixture of white and red on the fairings .am wondering how much does a paint job cost .if anyone tried something like this before .please share your thoughts and ideas .

    It's not cheap to have it done right and changing color will add to the cost. Probably looking around $10k-$12k minimum. I'm sure someone will come along and say they had a show quality paint job done for $2500. Doesn't happen in this neck of the woods. Green isn't so bad. Could you maybe 2 tone the fenders to ease your eyes a little?

    12k for full paint same color with new hood, windshields wiper arms, bumper and couple other things. On a 96 pete 378. To be honest, do what already has been said and find a different truck or drive it as is. I bought mine for a song and dance or I never would have done it. I had trouble finding someone to paint a whole truck must body shops around me just fix fenders or hoods and so. When I pick it up they said it would be the last one they would do. Not sure if they were serious or not.

    Yes i thought about giving it a two tone .the deal i am getting is trading my 2014 white volvo 670 .10 speed with an additional $8k for one with same year that is ishift 425 hp xe package that is green .but if the paint jobs are that expensive i will really not wanna spend that much money at the moment

    I can’t believe what pre emissions trucks and pre 2000 trucks asking price tag. I have a 99 if people are really getting what they are asking I’ll sell mine.
