If you signed a contract it really depends what the contract says like you say if its in your time i can't see what the issue is if you have a drink or 2 as long as your not under the influence when you drive a truck, maybe there's more to this story than your letting on, i'm just wondering why hotel management would take a photo? Never heard of an alcohol free hotel room before so it begs the question what were they doing taking photo's? Is it a company owned hotel? is there a liquor ban at the hotel? seems funny that'd you get the big boot for that. If your contract says you must remain alcohol free then you will be fighting a losing battle.

 

You need to read the whole post and then piece it together. It seems that a bottle was found in his room, he admits it was his. How did they find it? don't know but his latest post stays it was on the dresser/counter? with a paper bag over it. So did the maid just happened to find it? someone ratted him out?. He states he was driven to Walmart, this is where I think they got him on, in a company truck. If you notice that his last post includes a qualcomm msg. from the company. Look closely at the msg. it is address to the trainers, not the trainee. Why the trainer, did the trainer drive him there? OP made a very bad choice.
Edit: After rereading his post maybe the cleaning lady didn't say a thing, they just used her as the scape goat. Why would she take a picture, unless the cleaning people are hired by C. Maybe someone else ratted him out. just saying

Look, you screwed up. Get over it. Stop lying about putting in 100's of apps, and actually put in apps to reputable companies. Stop lying on your apps! I bet, since you can't seen to not lie here where it doesn't matter, you keep lying on your app and that's why you are getting the cold shoulder.

Put in a few truthful apps and I bet you will be amazed at how fast you get a job.

You should have went with beer instead, even I don’t down a bottle of Beam in a motel room by myself. The poor cleaning lady probably thought you had a problem. Trying to read that post makes me think you had a whole bottle right before you wrote it.
