I only know about Ca. There, juvenile records are sealed. Only way anyone is going to break that seal. A Top Secret clearance with the government. Not even a Secret Clearance can break the seal.

OP don't worry about it, see Juvenal records don't come up on a regular background check but an intense one they do.

So here is what I would do ... watch tv a little, have a good dinner and forget about it.

You guys are all amazing. I really appreciate how helpful everyone is! I just ran a Washington State Patrol background check on myself and nothing came up. Fingers crossed .

This is why you should carefully read and comprehend before commenting. No in your situation you did correctly. If in a weird circumstance it comes up you have cover.

Thank you. I tried searching around the site for someone in a similar situation but I was starting to panic so I just started a thread . I will be more diligent in the future.

Yes if you were 16 when convicted that's a juvi record and won't show up. Your background came back clear you should be fine.

One tip for driving: Stop making excuses and admit to your wrongdoings. I've seen many drivers get the ax at Ozark because they 8ucked up and wouldn't admit it and tried to pass the blame or minimize what they did.

It will be easier to google FMCSA and see "Disqualifying Offenses" for CDL, CMV Etc.

There are three sets of no nos that does a little slap time off all the way to big ones that lifetime disqualify.

I would not worry about Juvie unless you were charged with big adult crimes. Ive got a couple things here and there where I hurt people as a juvie but not a word anywhere all my life.

when you get to that office, have them run a criminal background check on you..here it was at least a 10 spot, that a couple of employers wanted at application time. maybe you can even order one up online from your state..???

so if NOTHING is mentioned on that background report.....

    then KEEP QUIET about it....!!!!!!!!
