    Wondering what the Kansas City terminal for under a year of experience would be like? I have 2.5 years driving but it has been years ago.

    What does the pay structure look like?

    How many miles and type or runs?

    The pay structure is the lowest in the industry that matches the morale at this cesspool. Last year there was 400 on the seniority list if I recall. There is no future at YRC, no pension, cry-babies that hate their job, junk equipment, damaged freight, a contract that expires 3-31-19....look elsewhere.
