Did Schneider screw me?HELP

    So here is the short. Im 6 months into my cdl and just resigned Schneider. 1st week solo i had 2 minor preventables. One was my own mirror being folded while backing the other was a rookie mistake.taking a turn too tight causing my trailer to bump another truck.
    ****Here is the real problemmy last week there i was at a shipper and was accused of "caving in a wall". I had no idea why this guy came out and wanted dispatches number. I gave it to him. After he handed me signed paperwork to leave he told me to look at the damage i caused. It was clearly old. There was moss growing in the cracks. He proceeded to tell me to make a claim so i said whatever. Pulled away, checked my trailer with doors opened and closed. No damage no worries......until Schneider pins me with a preventable. Saying i should have taken pictures! Pictures of what? Im not admitting something i didnt do. Based on pictures the shipper sent it goes down as a preventable, no fight for the driver. How should i handle this? Getting a job will be impossible now!do they report to DAC? Help!!!!

    Stupid is, as stupid does. You deserve what you get.

    If someone is accusing you always get pictures of everything including those accusing you. Then call the local police and have them make a report. Get pictures of everything, weather, truck positions and the whole bit and make sure you save all those pictures and not have them mysteriously be gone. Cover your own rear, them megas have thousands of problems at a time plus a line of entrants to use.

    Many companies file a claim on damage every day when the damage has been there for years. It's a way to get free money and they don't care about the consequences for the truck driver. In many cases it's cash free money for some warehouse manager because he doesn't report it to the owner of the company that owns the warehouse.
    You should have taken pictures. In the case of the mirror; why didn't you just re-adjust the mirror instead of reporting it if there was no damage?

    Hard lesson learned i guess. Not really anything i can do? When is was an "alleged" incident i did my safety training and did give a written word for word of what went down. Not real sure if there is any avenue i can take to fight Schneider on this?

    might be in good idea, in the future, before you actually bump the dock, GOAL look at the dock area, and if you see ANY damage, bring that to thier attention. even a missing chock block, so that you do not get accused of stealing thiers...!!!!!!

    you can also call or qualcomm your dispatcher to let him'her know that the dock are was pre-damaged to CYA....

    i'll bet you they scam all the other drivers out there for repair monies, as as a result, don't actually repair anything so a new driver there, gets accused of the damage, over and over again.

    if at anytime, you took TOO LONG to back in, or hit the dock hard, they may pull this scam on anyone, and that day was YOUR turn..

    now all you can do is get a copy of your DAC, then make a rebuttal to anything Schneider says.

    in the meantime, seek employment at a smaller company ASAP...

    but i gotta tell you, that your rookie mistakes WILL FOLLOW YOU, if you don't learn from them like RIGHT NOW.

    Lol no you tube videos and im in Sevierville Tn. Melton hired me then 2 days in let me go. I assume this was after they called Schneider. My DAC has nothing on it. Its strange
