I have a giant wolf spider in my truck. It keeps coming out from behind the plastic molding and walking on the inside of my windshield while I'm driving. It is so fast I can't kill it it. He is clearly ####### with me. Stopped by a TA for some emergency bug killer and of course no luck, so I bought brake cleaner to go to battle with. Haven't seen him since so I'm sure he is in my bunk area now.
Going to see how this plays out. Not a big fan of hairy spiders with that kind of eyesight that bite. Setting the truck on fire and starting completely over is always a option.

This load cut short my opportunity for a Teriyaki Bowl.

I squeezed a 34 in at home, but on Friday, mailed my sisters grandkids and their family cat some presents, paid all the bills, trimmed all the trees and cleaned up that mess, laundry, made all my giant salads and chicken breast for the road, then it was like 1900, showered, took light nap for 2 hours, and got truck reday and left.

The place I picked this up at, I wasn't going to do anything unless someone put out a tragically stoopid number, POOF, here I am.

But the shipper there were two old Landstar hands, been in this for awhile.

The one guy was there when I picked up one of my first loads, that was a great ride while it lasted, and we chuckled, going "Fancy meeting you here."

There's six assemblies with this load.

I mean it's as slam dunk as it gets.

BUT, these are good union men.

Taken them 3 hours to do 3.

Three guys. One all terrain forklift.

Good union men gonna stretch this out allllllllllllllllll day.

I'm told I'll get detention, and now I'm afraid to book anything anyway. Cause I don't know how long they will take, I'm sure gotta stop for lunch.

They stopped once for like 15 minutes cause one guys kid got a vaccination, and dad is more traumatized than the kid, but he had to try and get him to stop crying over the video phone.

This why union is better, they care about people!!!!!

Got my detention. She added it in like 10 seconds no problamo.

They increased the crew to 4 guys lol.

Wonder how the estimator bids a job like that.

16 man hours to unload 6 assemblies. LMFAO.

    shogun Thanks this.
