I clinch my butt cheeks at least 40 times an hour. I'm still fat, but if I gotta go I can keep it locked in there for at least an extra day.

Using body leverage exercises might be an option if you can't hit the gym. A lot of pro athletes use this technique. They basically know and understand how to use your own bodyweight for balance, angles and leverage to make exercises more challenging and difficult, without the use of free weights.

Your not gonna get a jacked up and look like "Arnold" if that's what you're looking for, but if you ever watch how a gymnast workout, they use nothing but their own body weight for strength and conditioning. And some of them are all jacked up. Not saying you have to do what they do to achieve your goals, but if you have enough space in the truck...maybe somehow fit a chinup bar somewhere...you can get a really good challenging workout without the use of free weights, if you understand how to use your own body for leverage. These videos are pretty good at showing some examples of how to do some leverage workouts.....

I recall an interview from Jean Claude Van Dam who grew up extremely poor and couldn't afford gym memberships or weights. His bulk and strength came only from exercising with his own body weight. If you know how to do certain movements that challenge you the most, you don't need much else.

Download the Zero app for tracking fasting. I only eat before I go to bed. Buy canned beef (no preservatives) and a bag of broccoli at Walmart; eat a handful with each meal so you don’t poop water. PFJ has a new brand of pork rinds called EPIC that are better for you than Turkey Creek. Buy Bragg’s apple cider vinegar; I take four sips of it before and after I eat.
I wake up 2-3 hours before I start my shift and spend 45-90 minutes working out. Buy a mini load bar (for pickup trucks) at Loves. Lay it across the armrests of your seats and do push ups with your feet on the bed. I do this with a weighted backpack. After that I use the backpack like a kettle bell and do squats. After that I lay the load bar over the tables in my prostar sleeper and do pull-ups.
I’m more shredded than when I started driving.
If I go home for a week and eat whatever I want as much as I want, when I come back on the road it takes about 7 days to start thinning out again and 3 weeks to peak.

Be careful, in several states that is illegal. Yeah, a 'stick' is illegal. First one comes to mind is NJ where even a slingshot is illegal.

we would do canned salmon but its not everyone due to the taste.

apple cider vinegar is considered acidic and should consume in moderation. it is a vinegar after all. 1 tablespoon mixed with water once a day should be plenty. but just a personal opinion

I got up at 2am today and did my weights in the pilot parking lot today before rolling. I was inspired by this thread.

I'm home 3-5 days when I schedule my home time , before I hit the road I workout really hard . Mostly boxing and cardio with a strength day mixed in . Once on the road I workout at Planet fitness , typically planning my workout around my pickups and deliveries. Sometimes the clock is to tight for planet fitness so I carry my jump rope and do pushups and crunches at the truck stops , I carry a big towel and will sometimes do a bunch of body weight exercises in the shower area. Certain cities have boxing gyms and I'll Uber or Lyft if its cheap enough to get a good workout in . Dont forget stretching and warming up that's super important. I'm in my late 30s I've never been more ripped , ppl said I would get fat trucking but not so . Good luck

My galaxy s8 tracks my calories burned. It's a good measure for how many calories to eat.
