Go south on Mcarthy all the way to the dead end. Towards the elevator. Right before the elevator on right is a Mexican eatin joint. A beer joint across the street. Park on south side of Mexican restaurant lot. You will see one or two trucks there. I been hiding there close to 20 years wont a soul bother you. The owner of the beer joint is a rough biker type. The neighborhood knows he will get to the bottom of ####. His Dad was a trucker so he looks out for them. I was there 2 weeks ago

So typical Kenworth, my hood cracked around the latch. Luckily I found the piece before it bounced down the highway.


Now ain't the time to be buying a hood and a paint job so I figured I've got nothing to lose by trying this plastic polymer welder. I'll let you know tomorrow if it was worth the $170.

 

I always wondered if those worked very well. Let us know.

 

I'll be awaiting your report. I've looked at these before, just not sure if they were worth it.

 

Curious to see how that works out. Isn’t a KW hood made out of fiberglass?

 

Backed up, hooked up, first truck in line, waiting till the job starts in the morning to unload here in Spearman.
