The way I understand that is I’d be allowed 54000lbs on the trailer. 34000 for the first set of axles and the last one is 20000 so 54 correct and 34000 and 12 on the truck would be 100000 total gross weight? So if I weigh 36000 empty I could load 64000lbs? Doesn’t seem right -
You dont have 8 feet between the tandems and rear axle, so all 3 would be considered a group. So the short answer would be no. Let me dig a bit here.

Ok, on ND STATE HIGHWAYS, you can go up to 48k on that 3 axle group. But your GROSS weight is going to be determined by your outer bridge, center of steer to center of rear most axle on the trailer. 12k+34k+48k=94k gross if your outer bridge is at least 67 feet. Again, this is on ND STATE HIGHWAYS.

Oh, and in Minnesota, 80k gross.

On the interstate, you're gonna have to get out the big tape measure and get all your axle spacings to figure out what you can haul. Takes some time, but with the charts you can get online, it's not too bad.

And when you do get your bridge measurements, make sure your truck and trailer are PERFECTLY STRAIGHT. If it's even slightly caddywoumpus, your measurements will be off.
