I love a parts house like that. The NAPA in my town is like that. They don't ask dumbarse questions and they don't mind if I go behind the counter into the back and get my own stuff.

My wiper squirter quit doin it’s thing. I took it off, went to the truck shop: “We don’t have it, but we can order it”. I was only home for a day, I needed it now. Went down to mom-n-pop auto (Yow Auto Supply, if you’re ever in the area), throw it on the counter more as a joke than anything, cuz they don’t do big truck parts. “You got a squirter for a W900 Kenworth?” Jeff says “You know what, seems like the old Jeeps had one that looked like that”, and he disappears into the back. Comes back with the exact same thing I threw on the counter. $7. That was 3 years ago, still works perfect.

Can’t imagine what Kenworth wanted for it. Thanks to him I didn’t have to find out.

You can’t really put a price on that kind of service. Now the big chain places are cheaper on a lot of stuff, but I’ll support Jeff and them any day.
