Mine rolls up to about 12 in long and 10 in round. I just jam it in the back of my trailer neck.

In all of the pictures you can see smoke from the "Roosevelt" fire, which is burning about 40 miles northwest of here. The fire has now consumed at least 50 homes, and the government has spent upwards of $20,000,000 on it thus far. They have achieved only about 30% containment. The highway that we normally take to get home (191) has been closed causing us to add about 100 miles to our trip home for the weekends.

Thank ya sir. You’re right, blue heeler and border collie. They’re excellent dogs and a good source of random pics when I run out of stuff to post. Lol.

Weather was clear and 58 here this morning.

@Oxbow goggle tri-city canvas Granite city Ill. He will ship. He makes the exhaust boots and excellent oversize signs with heavy duty webbing stiching around the edges.

I can remember layin in bed on cold Arkansas mornings and hearing that old V/8 come to life. What I never heard was him making his/our breakfast. Getting the fire back going and feeding the critters. He always come home preloaded with that coal bucket. Seemed like you could here it for miles.

I was with Uncle Bill in Salisaw one morning 3 toes, one step and sunvisor had run with us we took corn to a big feed mill out there somewhere. Bill called mama to see if she had heard from Pop. He hangs up the phone says we best git Lucky was leaving council road bout 30 minutes ago. Sunvisor said hell we are still an hour ahead of him. With a serious as can be tone Bill says have you forgot he's got a V-8 CAT. We better ride. Bout Ozark the old green Pete and barrett slat side come idling by.

I didn't have a choice but to go truckin. I have done other things and been very successful with it. Having someone drive and not myself just ain't ever suited me. So for now here I sit, the way things are changing I ain't sure for how much longer

All I ever wanted to do in my life was be a trucker. I don’t know why? No one we knew was a trucker or had anything to do with trucking. I found a job when I was 17 driving a strait truck and a year later I was driving a Freightliner with a 48’ reffer around Phoenix and Tucson Arizona. By the time I was 20 though I was running the distribution center at the same place. I got sucked into the corporate life and did it for 20 years better.

Then I decided I was going to do what I thought I loved! Here I am. And for the most part I’ve never been happier in my life!

My Dad was a professor, and I knew absolutely nobody involved with trucking. When I was a kid and we were on family trips I would keep a tally of the brand of every truck that I saw. Peterbilt, Kenworth, White Freightliner, Diamond Rio, Mack, etc. At the end of the day I would add them up.

Now tell me where I got that from? I was adopted though so maybe that explains it......shoot @wore out we could be brothers? Ha!
