Do you know what their starting pay is like for new drivers? I checked out their site but it doesn't give specifics on that. It does say "Options range from home weekly to 14 days out," but I imagine it depends on what's available in my area. But they look like a good company, I'll keep them on my list. Paid medical premiums is a nice benefit.

Haha, I've seen you mention Celadon a few times as I've been searching the forum for research. I've been looking into them and I do really like their vacation setup, that seems very generous compared to any company these days, trucking or not. Does it apply to all drivers, or does it have a wait period of a year for new drivers like most companies seem to do with any sort of vacation?

i the no: not, sure: that you accumulate the weeks paid 7 days off after the 1st 30,000.... I don’t think; but I’m not sure; if it doesn’t start until after a year... I’ve been here forever; so I haven’t really kept up on all that stuff... but, for the record; thru all our ups and downs; they’ve treated me well and I’m pretty loyal to them: to the dismay of a lot of my fellow posters on here: lol

I think we do have a 30 or 90 day wait for health here; but; again; I’m not sure...
