Maybe we should hold a Intervention right here on #5 for @snowman_w900

 

I find it comical when some silly girl gets in front of a group of slackers and protest something that she knows absolutely nothing about...this one is for ‘black lives matter.’

There were 12 protesters, 4 of them black. And they wait until the weekend to march upon the local court house. Heroic.

 

DOH!! I shoulda known that. Shows ya how much I pay attention.

 

I've known Gary for 40+ years, this is my third tour with him, so I guess it ain't that bad. He's always there when I'm between trucks of my own.

Are you still with Bettendorf?

This thread moves so fast I can't keep up. Lot's of stuff I would like to comment on, but by the time I read it, It's 15 pages and 5 topics too late LOL! More entertainment here than on TV!

I parked mine over a year ago, Sprinter just wasn't gonna work on elogs. I was trying like crazy to be an o/o for Bettendorf (still am, kinda) and they wouldn't hire me but they referred me to Customer/Goselin/Eureka Truck Lines for a company driver spot & I took it. Big mistake. They are supposed to be sister companies/one big happy family with Bettendorf. Shades of Lowrie is about all I'll say about it. Is Bettendorf anything like that?

 

Not at all. Super easy going. Very easy place to work. At least the Anderson yard is. I will say that after customer bought out Bettendorf, it went downhill.
