Well I think I’m all done till I send it in for paint. Maybe for Christmas? Spent some serious time and sweat getting it this way and I’m sure it will rain tonight before I even get to drive it? How terrifying was it with the $30k engine swinging from those forks? I'm getting close to finishing my long block, and the install is at the front of my mind. I think I'll borrow a forklift?

Wasn’t to bad. I moved both forks to the middle and wrapped the chain around both of them. Was a bit neve wracking no at first but felt better as time went on.

Figured I’d update. 955k miles. Truck still running just fine. I had to fix my blind mounts for the fenders a couple of times because I didn’t build the quite strong enough. Seems to be holding now though. I put a new steering shaft in as the old one was a little loose. It made some noise and could not grease it away.

Took about 3 weeks to get it fixed and $4800.00 plus towing and what not. Built a new tablet mount for my tablet. The old Max mount was falling apart after a couple of years. 911AA300-18EE-4A01-A1A5-C5F80DCED657.jpeg 35732EE7-A86C-48ED-9ED6-8DEA4E118318.jpeg

I was in a truck stop looking for a parking spot. Crazy scary though.
