This isn't for only people who know their way around things but for people who maybe have exp. in getting their way around things. So say I have a year of trucking exp. and about half a year running under a guy who I'm no longer in touch with, by the way so have my own llc.. now.. since I'm no longer in touch with said O/O could I just say I've been running under my own llc for the last year? It'd be in the oilfield and from what I here they don't digg deep into that stuff just as long as you have the experience.. so short story.. I go down to Texas fill out and app or send a resume stating I have half yr experience with a couple major companies and bout 7 months with said O/O but running under my own llc.. if they can't get a hold of him how would they know I wasn't.. not like they can check right so they'd have to take my word for it
Application information, what to include/exclude?

Yep, real smart starting the job with fraud.

With the price of oil per barrel going up up up they want you to lie to them. The biggest problem will be working 100 hours a week without going insane or getting into an accident/incident.

All you can do is list working for the guy and show pay stubs to back it up. The oil field company can either take it or leave it. Not much other choice.

Exactly what I was thinking. so if I'm 1099 getting paid cash how would I have a stub? I got this example from someone who jobs hops like a mother in the fields and I guess he has his llc and says he's just worked for himself for x amount of years I just don't know how he provides proof of getting paid, unless he deposits all his money into his business account idkspeedyk Thanks this.

They're going to be looking at your IRS statements for verification of who paid you. W-2 or 1099. Cash only. No tickets. No d.o.t. inspections. Zero csa record is they only way you kind hide any recent work experience
Oldironfan Thanks this. -
They can pull up my last companies Idc. This is what they’ll see I’ve narrowed it down to only a few months until I go down. I only need 9 months of recent driving. They’ll see the couple companies I worked for then they’ll see the pay stubs I give them by my buddies llc to haul gravel. This isn’t a lie idk why people are assuming. I just wanted to know how they get around to knowing, of course I won’t have a dot inspection, no tickets, I’ll be getting paid by checks coming out of his business account. They can call him
Oldironfan Thanks this.
