Where's the meat??? Looks good, but the peppers are a no-go for me. When I was a kid, mom used them God awful green peppers in just about anything. I grew to hate them, and now the smell makes me half sick. I'm that sensitive to them that if there's a pizza with them and I pick them off, I still won't eat the pizza. I just get sick.

I am firmly convinced you can use any sauce you like on shredded cabbage. And it will be good. Or mix and toss like a slaw and let chill for a bit.

Tonight for dinner not really a cost wise one, yet delishish was.
A cup of Tom Yum rice, a can of cabbage, and PF chang Mongolian BBQ, from Walmart. Put it on a plate and added Broasted chicken breast.
The chicken was from Goode To Go, truck stop in North Sioux city. Good eats, and a bathroom that smells like bleach. A win, win for me.
