No Gweko the Gecko the only thing that's ridiculous is you coming on here and slamming JCT in front of all these people that want to join JCT. I personally know that DM C_L_B you had and that man is one of the best DM's at JCT. He is kind and considerate of his drivers. That man would never do drugs and he is definitely not an alcoholic. Don't you even say that to me. The reason they fired your tale is you took a longer trip to Europe than expected instead of working like you were suppose to be doing and then you want to blame JCT for it? What the heck did you expect JCT to do? Mr. Christner has a business to run and a darn big one at that. He's not going to hire drivers just so they can go running off to Europe especially if you're a fresh hire. Let me tell you something. My husband and I been with JCT for 1 year and we ran Christmas and Thanksgiving. That doesn't bother us in the least. The only days off we took was our 34 hour restarts. My husband runs and he runs hard. Why? Because like I said before, we love this company with our hearts. You give out a 1000% percent in this company, and you get back 2. So Mr. Weiner driver, go complain on another board and don't slam people who love JCT.

Lol Landshark too too funny. Yeah I so that myself and your right he would have a reason to be upset for that wouldn't he? Omaha NE, where he can romp with the deer and the antelope and drive his big blue while running them over for entertainment. If I got upset with him I do apologize, but I am not going to let someone slam dunk JCT. That man gave my husband the opportunity for a wonderful job, and to get our home back that England stole from us. We owe that man more than I can say. Landshark, if you do drive for JCT or are driving for JCT and haven't yet, please take the opportunity to stop in and see Mr. Christner himself. He loves to talk to his drivers, and you will see first hand what a wonderful man he truly is.

Now you tell me landshark... although JCT has many things worth compaining about, I admit I had there rather good paying contract I had to abandon because of stupid and ineligable fleet manager. They wouldn't forgive me fireing him. After month and a half at home been invited by Jacobson out of Des Moines with a bunch of sweetest promises and "guarrantees" how good will I be doing with them. I accepted. Never got the promised miles...my yesterday's weekly paycheck counts 1200 miles, the previous one 1700 and similar in the past!!!
They all are bunch of liars and crooks and you know that too. I am strugling to survive but I am sure you already know how the system is set up and what we drivers and o/ops can do about it.
So, if you please, be so kind and enlighten me how to be more positive considering the circumstances??
BTW, right now I am in the process of getting my own authority and buying a trailer hoping I might be lucky finding one day some of not too many decent brokers these days to work with.
P.S. I am glad to hear you are doing so great these days.

dont drive for JCT yet...and thats what brought me into this I was to start in Feb. but my current boss begged me to stay on till april so that is the plan to start in April this year....Its funny everything he said they wouldnt give him as far as info I already have from them...I am lucky though I do work for a great little out fit and have been spoiled there..the only reason I am making the change is we have had a major slow down in frieght....but whats really holding me back from joining up with JCT is I really dont like the idea of being out 3 to 4 weeks at a time...I am a single father taking care of a 15 year old daughter and my Mother...its just us 3...and with my current company we go out and then we come right back...only been out 5 days once and that was because Wisconsin ran out of road salt and shut down I 39.. last winter...so like i said I am very spoiled here...but if and when I make the move I know for sure it will be to JCT.

Not a problem I really try to read all I can here...I cant enlighten you on how to be more positve out here..Lord I know its is tuff..but I say to myself at least I have a job...thats more than what alot of others can say..Just today Shippers Transport shut down putting another 200 drivers out of work...but again I dont look at what I dont have I try to enjoy what I do have..and make the best of it..Believe me I get on my own pitty pot now and then and blow off steam..but then I look at what I do have and thank GOD i have what I do and I am not going to ruin my health stressing over something I have NO control over..but thats me..you will have to find what works for you...so when it gets real bad I put on some Jimmy Buffett music light up a cuban cigar and fix me a big ole rum and coke and just drift away...

First off do not go knocking Landshark for nothing. Landshark is real good people and a very nice person. Gweko I think I personally know you. Do you own a black International Eagle. We called you Wild Bill. You called my husband up and told us that you left JCT on "Differences of Personalities". We own a maroon International Eagle. We made a swap in Casa Grande NM at the Petro. You owned that black International when you came to JCT. If this is you, then how could you mess up an opportunity like that with JCT, blame them and them, and now you're looking for work. If anyone lost here it's you.

I love your sense of humour...you could be making a bunch of money on Comedy Central! :) But I understand...you just love Mr. Christner way too much.
I got it now...you must be making killing through JCT referal bonus by selling crap here to inocent victims. Who is next...maybe landshark? :)Good luck!
And BTW, I apologize...I did not know that this is your private thread and no negative posts will be allowed here. I have no words to express my regret.
(Maybe that's the reason why I'm not expressing it?) :)

No, that is not me. I own white freightliner. Anyway, thanks for letting me know that an other driver had to leave too based on differences in personalities. I allow myself to speculate we might not be the only two?Maybe that fact should tell you something then?
I am glad to hear your personality obviously matches wit JCT's. Good for you.
